DELIVERIES EUROPE

Validity : this price-list is valid for a single customer and a single delivery point.

Importation : you have to make sure that you comply with the customs legislation of the country where you want to import our wines. Inside EEC, the maximum quantity that can be delivered is 90 liters ( 120 bottles of 75 cl ) for quiet wine and 60 liters ( 80 bottles of 75 cl ) for sparkling wine. For mixed orders, the maximum is 120 liters.

Delivery time : the delivery time is valid for the wines that are available in stock. The delivery time takes into account the time of preparation of the order, and the delivery time indicated by our forwarders. They may vary slightly up or downwards.

Delay in delivery : if your order has not been delivered within the time specified above, contact us by e-mail, fax or phone. We will do the necessary with our forwarder.

Not conform delivery : if you notice that there are missing or damaged parcels on delivery, you must make written reservations on the delivery note specifying the number of damaged or missing parcels or any other problem occurred during delivery. We advise you too inform us of the problem as soon as possible by e-mail, fax or phone.
