SECURE PAYMENT

ONLINE SECURE PAYMENT :

Payment is done on our website at the end of the ordering process. You can pay by credit card, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard or American Express card. You can choose the payment by the e transactions system of the Crédit Agricole or the Paypal system.

Credit card transactions are secured by SSL protocol. We certify that the data you provide is inaccessible to others.

THE 3DSECURE PROCESS

1° Description:

We use the 3DSecure process called “Verified by Visa” for Visa crédit cards and “ Mastercard SecureCode “ for Mastercard  credit cards.

A payment by credit card on the internet generally requires :

• the credit card number,
• the expiry date,
• the visual cryptogram ( 3 digits on the back of your card ).

With 3DSecure, additionnal information you are the only one to know will be asked to confirm your payment. Thus, someone who would steal your credit card couldn't make any purchase on a website using 3DSecure since he or she doesn't know the additionnal information.

2° You want to use 3DSecure for your purchase:

If you are already 3DSecure registered, you can proceed to the payment.

If this is not the case, to register, you have to go on your online bank website and follow the instructions. In general, you will be asked to create an ID and a code used to authenticate internet transactions with your credit card.

If you pay your purchases on Granevin.fr by credit card, after your card number, expiry date, and visual cryptogram seized, a new screen asks you to enter your ID and your code. If the information is correct, the payment is validated, otherwise it is canceled.

3° You don't want to use 3DSecure for your purchase :

Use Paypal, or payment by check ( for France only ).
