2° GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS APPLICATION :

These General Sales Conditions shall apply to all orders placed on this website. Placing an order means that the customer shall be considered to have tacitly agreed to the applicability ot these General Sales Conditions, which are freely and clearly accessible on our website.

3° WINE PRICES :

The price of each wine is mentioned on the product description. Prices are the French one quoted in Euros all inclusive.

4° TRANSPORT :

Transport prices are mentioned on our website under the heading France Deliveries for home France, Corsica and French overseas districts, and under the heading Europe Deliveries for the european countries that we deliver.
Delivery times are indicated next to the transport prices. In all cases delivery time can't exceed a maximum of 30 days after receipt of your order by our company. If this wasn' the case, we would refund your order.

5° ORDERING PROCESS :

To order, please follow the instructions and complete all the information. Remember to check the validity of any information you enter. We can't be held responsible for problems related to an input error. When your order is completed, you must validate and confirm a second time to avoid errors.

6° ORDER PAYMENT :

Payment is by credit card or Paypal system at the end of the order. For more details, please refer to the payment heading.

7° ORDER CONFIRMATION  :

After you have paid your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail informing you that your order is accepted and paid. The invoice will be sent with the order.

8° RIGHT OF RETURN :

You have 7 days to go back. This period from the date of receipt of the wine. Return costs remain your responsibility. We undertake to refund the product within a maximum period of 30 days.

9° DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPEAN COMMUNITY :

In accordance with the French law, the supply to an individual is limited to 90 liters (120 bottles of 75 cl) for still wines, and 60 liters (80 bottles of 75 cl) for sparkling wines. In the case of mixed orders (still wines and sparkling wines), delivery is limited to 90 liters (120 bottles of 75 cl).

10° LEGAL MENTIONS :

Excessive drinking of alcohol can seriously damage your health. Drink with moderation.
In accordance withe the french law Informatique et Libertés of januray 6 1978 ( article 34 ), you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we might collect  ( information filled by yourself ).
