Dry Whites
The dry white Bordeaux can be produced in the whole Gironde district. However, they can be found mainly in the Entre Deux Mers and Graves regions. The main grape variety is Sauvignon that brings freshness and vivacity. Other grape varieties are Sémillon that brings fat, and Muscadelle that brings freshness and finesse. These are wines to drink preferably within two to threee years after bottling, except for the Graves and Pessac Léognan wines that will keep longer.
