Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieurs
Bordeaux and Bordeaux supérieurs represent half of the area planted in vines in the Gironde district. Red Bordeaux are characterized by fruit aromas ( cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant...) and can be drunk when young. Bordeaux supérieurs are more powerful and concentrated and can be stored longer.
